Passwords on Breeder Web are encrypted in only one direction and so passwords cannot be deciphered. That means if you have chosen a password with us and forgotten it we cannot retrieve that password to remind you. In order to recover from a forgotten password you need the username and email address originally setup with the Breeder Web account. Once those two values are provided a random password will be generated for your account and emailed to the address defined in our records. You'll need access to the email account registered with us in order to retrieve the random default system password. Once you have logged in you are strongly encouraged to update your password to something other than the randomly generated one we set for you.
